What information do we gather and how is it used?

IMNetwork provides you with internet marketing tools and information to assist you in designing, hosting and fully utilizing all of your internet options. Most of all the tools and information are available for your benefit without the need to disclose any personally identifiable information. If you decide to request a pricing quote on our services, we require you to submit minimal personal information. We collect information that includes your name, e-mail address and telephone numbers. The information we gather from information request is used to begin providing you with our services. A representative from IMNetwork will contact you to complete your application by telephone so that additional information can be obtained.  When your information is provided to IMNetwork online, it is protected in the same way that all information provided to IMNetwork is protected.  If you have any questions regarding how the company is using your personal information, you should contact that company directly. IMNetwork does not sell, trade, lease or rent any personally identifiable information to any other companies or organizations. IMNetwork does not knowingly solicit data from children, and we do not knowingly market to children. IMNetwork may share aggregated statistical information such as website traffic or demographic information with its business partners; however, in no case will your personally identifiable information be disclosed. IMNetwork may send you e-mail communications to update you on website features or new benefits that may be of interest to you. Although many security provisions are in place, information submitted on the Internet is not totally secure. If you feel uncomfortable submitting any personal information through the IMNetwork website to request an application.

Tell a Friend!

If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend's name and email address. IMNetwork will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. IMNetwork stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. The friend may contact IMNetwork to request the removal of this information from our database.
